![]() |   | More of the Specifics Rebuild New Mexico (RNM) is a private, tax exempt corporation working to reduce New Mexico Energy costs. The RNM audit team is a neutral non-commercial, professional team that provides a range of energy saving solutions for commercial sized buildings. Mark Sardella, PE, has audited over 2 million square feet and identified more than $3 million in annual energy savings for New Mexico businesses. Mr. Sardella co-founded "Local Energy" in 2003, a non-profit organization with the mission to help communities develop energy self-reliance in preparation for the hardships of higher energy costs. Eric Doerrer has for over 12 years of lighting expertise. There are literally thousands upon thousands of lighting types worldwide which find their way into the local New Mexico market. The identification process is endless – the application of lighting is equally varied. One must be able to find the right light for the particular application, while keeping in mind the efficiency factor – a process that Mr. Doerrer has mastered over the years. We put this strong team together with a third more junior promising engineer in order to keep building our resource stock and also to keep costs low. All projects are overseen by our Program Director and communicated monthly with the Board Members. The Board Members stay involved and engaged in each of our activities. |

We will also consider alternative energy such as solar, biomass, and geo thermal that could be used. Some renewable sources are more appropriate in certain locations over others. We also have an extensive network of resources that help problem solving. |
